Returns and exchanges
We want you to shop with confidence. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery for an exchange or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

To be eligible, returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags and original packaging intact. Please include your receipt and clearly mark the items you are returning.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.

Non-returnable items
Jewelry, accessories, clearance items, sale items, discounted items, worn or washed clothing, and items with removed tags are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping
Standard shipping to the lower 48 United States is a flat rate of $9.50. Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may be higher and will be shown at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–10 business days after shipment.
