What are the store's return and exchange policies?
Our store policy for return and exchange Items are:
1. You have 14 days from when the purchase was made.
2. All returned items will be exchanged or In-Store Credit only if returned within the 14-day time frame. 5% restocking fee will be applied to returned items.
3. Return items MUST be in as-new condition. (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn)
4. Customer must return the receipt with items circled for return.
5. Shipping is non-refundable - it will not get credited back.
6. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
7. Please Wash and handle clothes as the label states. We are not responsible for the item once it has been washed or worn.
Are there any items not returnable?
Yes. Jewelry, accessories, clearance, sale items, items purchased with a discount such as sale items, all sale items are final sale and not refundable. Clothes that have been worn and washed, and tags that have been removed.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Orders made in the lower 48 are a Flat fee of $9.50 shipping. Items shipped to Alaska or Canada may have an extra shipping cost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
